The accident occurred a few minutes after launch. An extraordinary situation was accompanied by an emergency shutdown of engines of the second stage after separation from the first.

On Board triple "Soyuz MS-10" were NASA astronaut Nicholas Tyler Hague and Roscosmos cosmonaut Alexey I. Ovchinin the Crew used the rescue system and made an emergency landing in a capsule ship. The emergency landing took place in Kazakhstan.

The destruction of the second stage of the carrier rocket "Soyuz-FG", launched on 11 October with the manned spacecraft "Soyuz MS-10" to the International space station, showed in the video.
