Initial data
An unknown witness observed for 10 minutes a bowl-shaped object with a diameter of 30 meters with Windows, hovering about 50 meters above the water at a distance of about 150 meters.
It was a metallic color with flashing red and green lights. The witness got out of the car to inspect the object and smelled a sharp, pungent smell as the UFO approached in sharp jerks. Each "spurt" moved him 10 meters towards it.
Through the lighted Windows, he could see several moving shadows, and he "had the feeling that he was being watched." The UFO was surrounded by warm, shimmering waves.
