The witness and a friend were spending the night at a local nature reserve as part of a badger promotion project and had gone for a walk in the woods at the edge of the Golf course when he noticed a white figure under a lone tree about 100 yards (90M) away.
It appeared to glow, and as the witness approached for investigation, it seemed to make a faint hissing sound. Its shape was now clear, but still indescribable.
The area in front of the witness seemed to writhe, and its edges seemed faded and blurred. The witness suddenly got scared and quickly left the place.
