Police officer Pierre Leon was patrolling an area on the outskirts of the city when he saw a strange glowing figure standing on the side of the road about 2 meters away.

The figure was a humanoid about 1.70 meters tall and completely glowing. As the witness watched, the figure suddenly dematerialized in full view.
