Initial data
Willie Gehlen was driving home late at night and decided to stop and spend the night at the farm gate. He locked all the doors and fell asleep.
Later, he suddenly woke up, shivering, and found the rear hatch door open, he closed it again, but the same thing happened later. Feeling uneasy, he did not sleep.
Almost an hour later, he heard a strange buzzing sound and noticed a seven-foot (2.1 m) tall figure standing outside a farm gate nearby.
He called out to the figure, thinking it was a farmer, but got no response. The figure shone a dark orange beam of light from a square-shaped object on the witness's chest. A minute later, the figure disappeared.
Then the witness heard the buzzing again and saw a large object rise above the ground, emitting a pulsing pink glow from below. It flew away at high speed.
