The witness was leading her daughter along a deserted stretch of road when a seven-foot (2.1 m) figure in a dark hood suddenly popped out of the bushes on the side of the road. The figure jumped right in front of the car.
The witness slammed on the brakes, but the figure suddenly disappeared from view.
