Independent witnesses, including one man hunting rabbits near the village, watched as a bright white light slowly descended behind the new housing estate.
Others saw a large silver sphere above the field.
One witness, along with her young daughter, happened to look out of the window and saw three very tall men walking across the field, these men were dressed in silver-gray suits with a kind of cap on their heads that was attached to their suits. The witness ran to the village to look for other witnesses.
