A local farmer was walking his mule along the roadway when he saw a dark figure walking towards him at the edge of the road.

The witness shouted at the figure, asking who he was. The figure replied in a low guttural voice:

"You don't know me?»

Then he ran down the embankment and quickly disappeared from sight. He was described as very tall and muscular, fully dressed in black.
