The witness was walking along an abandoned canal network when he soon noticed an oblong mirror object in the sky above him, which suddenly went out.
He continued walking and noticed two figures standing on the grass to his right. They spoke to him in a kind of mechanical monotone, unlike robots. They spoke English and invited the witness on an unspecified trip, but he declined. They insisted, but he still refused.
Then the figures turned and glided noiselessly across the grass like skaters, and disappeared from sight.
The figures were described as being 5 feet 5 inches (165 cm) tall, good-looking, with dark curly hair, a combination of racial traits, blue eyes, high cheekbones, and a white complexion, and both were identical. They were muscular and wore tight gray solid suits with a glowing logo in the upper corner of their chests.

He continued walking then noticed two figures standing on a grassy area to his right. They spoke to him in a sort of mechanical monotone unlike robots. They spoke English, and invited the witness on an unspecified journey, but he declined. They insisted but he still declined. The figures then turned and silently glided away over the grass, like skaters, and faded from view. The figures were described as 5’5″ in height, good looking with dark curly hair, with a composite of features of racial types, blue eyes, high cheekbones, white complexioned and both identical. They were muscular and wore tight fitting gray one-piece suits with a luminous logo on the top corner chest area. When they spoke they spoke in unison.
