Initial data
The ambulance driver found that his car's lights had gone out and the car had lost power while he was driving alone.
He stopped at the destination and checked, but found nothing wrong. On the way back, the same thing happened in the same place.
This time he saw a semicircle, yellow in color, with a neighboring glow, motionless on the slope of a nearby hill. After a couple of seconds, the engine started up again, and the lights came on again.
