On January 23, 2021, Rick Bates was driving along the highway and suddenly saw a figure that resembles a man on the side of the road. At the same time, he was completely covered with brown hair.

Police officer Rick Bays wrote a report about what happened to him on the highway and sent it to the website of the Organization of field researchers of Bigfoot. It had grown to a height of about 2 meters. At the same time, the figure had fairly broad shoulders and an impressive torso. It very much resembled a human one, but there is no certainty that it was a human.

Rick Bays first drove past, but then decided to return to the spot where he saw the figure. It is worth noting that the highway for all this time did not pass a single car.
