An eyewitness from the town of Hoogeveen (Drenthe region) writes:
A few dim streaks right in the sky above Hogeveen, true white and orange, don't move, and it's not the moon. I can't explain it. It also doesn't fade and is still in the air at the time of this writing.
In the opinion of ufomeldpunt.nl this is a form of halo.
