Dr. Harav ibn Bari was driving home with his cousin at the wheel, and as they passed the bridge to Tel Aviv, they saw a strange figure on the opposite side of the road. They made a U-turn and stopped the car.
The figure stepped out of the shadows into the light. He was described as small, light-colored, with huge bulging round black eyes. He seemed to have lifted his right leg and was approaching the car at high speed.
Both witnesses looked into the eyes of the creature in a trance state. The creature suddenly raised its right hand, and the witnesses drove away at high speed. They didn't see the creature leave.

Summary: Again on that same night (!), Doctor Harav Ibn Bari was returning home with his cousin at the wheel and after passing the bridge to Tel Aviv they saw a strange figure on the opposite side of the road.
