Felipe, an employee of a local disco, reported that one night there was a loud knock on the door at the back of the building.
Thinking it was an attempted robbery, he armed himself with a baton, opened the door, and was confronted by an upright four-foot-tall creature with glowing yellow eyes.
The creature exhaled a strong substance that stunned Felipe, who then saw the creature slip away silently.
Around the same time, other locals reported seeing a bell-shaped metal ship flying over the area.
