United StatesIn a wooded area, the witness saw what appeared to be a glowing white figure with black "straight" eyes and a black diagonal / diamond-shaped strip of "clothing" on top.
He stood and stared at the figure for 20 seconds, then left. Before seeing the figure, the witness saw lights in the sky in the form of a large oval pattern.

He stood staring at the figure for 20 seconds and then left. Prior to seeing the figure the witness had seen lights in a large oval shaped pattern in the sky.
