One species of tree frog has the ability to emit fluorescent light, which had not been documented among any other species of amphibians. This publication reports NPR.

The researchers found that if this tree frog bring a UV light, it exhibits the skills of its luminescently and starts flashing bright blue-green color.
Scientists were very surprised, because earlier there were no amphibians with similar characteristics, in particular, the fluorescence may only become apparent a few fish and sea turtles.
