Several witnesses, including Ms. Gonzalez and Mrs. Perez (both fictitious names), reported seeing two "strange characters" in the shopping area of the Centro Comercial Plaza del Norte.
One witness saw strangers at the entrance to the Marianne store and described them as very tall with extremely white skin, oddly enough, their facial features were difficult to distinguish. She immediately entered the store and forced one of the employees to accompany her outside, but as soon as they left, the strangers disappeared.
Witnesses also described the strange creatures as having long hair and strange" profiles " of faces that are difficult to describe.

One witness saw the strangers at the entrance to the Marianne store and described them as very tall in height with extremely white skin, strangely their facial features were difficult to discern.
