Initial data
In the autumn of 1845, the animal industrialists Ostyak Falalei Lykysov and Samoyed Obyl in Urman killed an unusual monster: a human being, three arshins tall, one eye on the forehead and the other on the cheek, a rather thick coat, more sable, bare cheekbones, claws instead of fingers, had no fingers at the feet, male sex.
Retired police officer Andrei Shakhov sent a report about this on December 16, 1845 to the Berezovsky Zemsky court.
