According to some signs, the phenomenon described in the article "Exactly at 4.10" I identify with the phenomenon that was observed on the night of September 6-7 last year. We observed it simultaneously and independently of each other exactly at 4-15 in the morning, namely, it is located within the Novgorod region north of the Borovichesky highway. We have drawings, and the event itself was so impressive, and the phenomenon was so grandiose that the details are absolutely alive in memory.
