Somewhere in August, maybe at the beginning, I don't remember exactly, 1988, I Bagunilaeva R.G., a student of LSZHKT, gr. 238 was at home in Kaspiysk, Dagestan ASSR, somewhere in the evening about 23 hours was at that time on Lenin Street, 22 in the courtyard of this house I noticed the sky. And I saw that some kind of glow appeared abruptly at the top about 70 degrees, the light fell from somewhere and immediately at the place of the glow I saw 1 circle of green color, or rather a ball, at first small in size and kept increasing, then gradually the same balls began to appear nearby: first appeared green, then red, somewhere only 5 balls appeared. the balls from the small ones gradually increased, slowly became large in size with a diameter of about 5 meters very subjectively. - when compared with the original size, the balls increased tenfold.

When they were still small, they shone more brightly, as the brightness increased, it decreased. The whole phenomenon lasted about 10 minutes, maybe a little more. At first, I watched all this from the street, where there were many observers, even my mother.

Then I went up to the house on the 3rd floor and looked out from the balcony at this place in the sky. the balls were already disappearing. That is, the glow inside the balls dimmed, even the sky began to be seen in places, but glowing bands of green and red colors remained along the edges of the balls - along the circumference. about 3 green and 2 red circles.

When the glow gradually stopped, I went from the balcony to the street for a walk, where the guys and I exchanged impressions about what we had seen, we could not find an explanation for this phenomenon, although there were suggestions that these were space experiments of earthly origin.
