The direction is northeast. An interesting atmospheric phenomenon was observed above the horizon. A capsule-shaped spot appeared above the houses (covering the horizon), increasing in brightness, having a tail trail going beyond the horizon. The capsule, increasing in brightness, still rose above the horizon after which it began to fade. The tail at the same time began to bend the lower, the stronger. The glowing capsule was observed for about 1.5-2 minutes. Then it began to fade, pale, leaving only outlines in the sky.
A yellowish hue, the tail remained above the horizon for some time.
It was morning twilight. The phenomenon was observed in a still dark sky, but a yellow strip of brightening sky had already appeared strictly in the east. Cloud cover - 0.
