The following statement was provided by user u/idekoe :
It was September 2nd, strange weather. The heat, when suddenly the next day it hit this particular part of Wisconsin like crazy. I was walking along the Wisconsin River trail at about 16:30-17:00 and thought that the clouds look very beautiful, despite the rain that had passed earlier in the day. It wasn't until I got home that day that I noticed a creepy disc-shaped object behind the clouds. Given that the birds were captured pretty still, the object looks like it was moving pretty fast as it is blurred and moving towards the right side of the image.

This was back in Sept. 2nd, strange weather. Heat, when suddenly the next day it poured like crazy over this particular part of Wisconsin. I was walking along the Wisconsin River trail at about 4:30-5pm, and thought the clouds looked really nice despite the rain earlier this day. Wasn’t until I got home that same day that I noticed the disk-like object creepily behind the clouds. Considering the birds were captured pretty still, the object looks like it was moving pretty fast since it’s blurred motioning towards the right side of the picture.
