Muravyev Vilen Karpovich writes to the Commission on the:
When flying by plane from Kamchatka to Moscow, flying the section between the Gulf of Ob and St. Andrew, we saw a glowing object in the night sky on the right traverse at an altitude of about 20-30 degrees.
It was impossible to determine the size of the object, as well as the distance to it, in an undirected sky.
The object was observed in a static state for about 30 seconds, then sparks (of low density) fell out of it, and it, describing narrowing concentric circles (about 3 revolutions per second), rapidly rose up and after 3-5 seconds. disappeared at a point with an altitude of about 75-80 degrees.
