Observation on 28.4.1979, about 22 hours
Observers: Chief Surgeon of Vodnikov Hospital (Perm) and anesthesiologist of the same hospital
Place of observation, Novosely village, 6 km from Perm
The observers saw how a dark conical object began to rise vertically above the forest in the west, followed by an expanding red glowing cone (it glowed for about 5 minutes).
With the rise, the brightness increased and the dark object began to glow when turned around.
The object turned 90 degrees and passed over the observers in 3 minutes. The body looked like a bright ball. In 2-3 minutes, the trail from the object unfolded in the form of a white luminous cobra hood. Its width is "half the sky".
then the object made 3-4 jerks, "broke away" from the hood and went straight to the horizon with tenfold speed in 2-3 minutes. It turned into a dot in the distance. The object went to the northwest.
The hood blurred and disappeared after 20 minutes. The trail strongly illuminated the area.
It was a starry night, the temperature was below zero, the snow had not yet melted. there were no sounds.
