In 1967, Brazilian farmer Inacio de Souza, returning home with his wife, encountered three humanoids next to a mysterious object resembling an inverted washbasin.
Souza tried to shoot one of the "aliens", but the object responded with a strange green ray that hit him directly in the head. After that, de Souza lost consciousness, and soon he was diagnosed with leukemia, which progressed rapidly and claimed his life in just two months.
Ufologists are divided in opinion: some consider this a tragic coincidence, while others claim that the green ray was a beam of deadly radiation emanating from UFOs.
