October 2, 2021 on the website therussiantimes.com the following news has appeared (the original spelling and punctuation have been preserved):
In 1988, one of the US scientists involved in a number of government programs received a message from one of the missing colleagues. The message included scans from the materials of a number of secret projects conducted by the NSA. According to these materials, the leadership of a number of US agencies (CIA, NASA, NSA) had a connection with an alien life form and conducted a number of joint projects.
According to the order of the sender, the scientist published them in one of the public archives, from which they were immediately deleted by government services. Together with copies of the archives, a generalizing material was published under the title "Aramis Code - Blue Earth".
The Association "Protohistory" managed to get the initial archive and the first version of its description. The translation into Russian has been made.
The news was illustrated by several images with fragments of documents that we published in the gallery for this article. We also found an ad on the website plati.ru, where "declassified documents" translated into Russian with the same screenshots as illustrations are sold.
However, the origin of these documents seems doubtful, since they are not classified at all. These images are easily found on the Internet and are illustrations from Valdamar Valerian's book "Matrix II: The Abduction and Manipulation of Humans Using Advanced Technology", published by Arcturus Book Service in 1990.
Information found on the web about Valdamar Valerian (also known as John Grace) says that he began researching alien phenomena and the interaction of aliens with humans back in 1969. In 1970-1971, he spent 18 months as a combat photographer in Southeast Asia, where he observed a lot of UFO activity. After spending four years (from 1980 to 1984) in England, he "collected the best research" and published the book "The Krill Papers", and after it in 1987 published a second one called "The Matrix".
From 1988 to 1989, Valerian worked as the director of the MUFON division in Nevada. In 1990, he was appointed interim Deputy director of the "International UFO Contact Center" and became a member of the "Organization for the Study of Aerial Phenomena" (Eng. NAR). Back in 1988, this organization began publishing a small newsletter with a detailed description of the results of its research. In April 1991, the NAR moved to Washington State and was renamed the Leading Edge Research Group, but by 1990 their newsletter had become known as "The Leading Edge" and had grown to a 100-page monthly publication. In the same year, Valerian released a massive 581-page work called MATRIX II, the illustrations from which were given in the news that attracted our attention.
Readers' opinion about Valdamar Valerian and the information published in his (very expensive) books is ambiguous. Someone considers him a prophet, and someone calls him a hoaxer. We are not going to evaluate his work, but we just want to point out that the news on the site therussiantimes.com the images are fragments not of classified documents, but of a book whose author is professionally engaged in UFO research. The books themselves can be bought, read and draw their own conclusions.
