Initial data
In the village of Vazhiny Podporozhsky district on Friday, August 14, an emergency meeting of residents whose subsidiary farms suffered from night raids of unknown animals took place. They enter courtyards at night, and then into rabbit enclosures and poultry houses. They tear off the covers of the crates, and then gnaw and strangle defenseless animals. Some are taken away with them, some are left in place. As it turned out, the raids have been going on for a week. Nightly residents hear howling and noise, and in the morning they count the losses. In some cases, the number of victims reaches 20-30 rabbits and chickens.
One of the local residents, Lilia Krysanova, who saw the animals, told about her impressions:
It's not the first time they've come to one of our chicken coops. In June, they managed to drive it away. And a couple of days ago I woke up at night from a crackling. The night was moonless, only stars. I look — he breaks the gate to the chicken coop with his teeth. It looks like a yard dog. When she saw me, she walked away. It is clear that he is not afraid of people. I shouted at her, and she ran away. We have a lap dog in our house, and a chain dog in the yard. The one in the house was whining, but the chain didn't even come out of the booth. Maybe she was scared.
Hypotheses
Feral dogs
The Chupacabra attacks often take the usual forays of feral dogs. These animals alone or in a flock climbs into the yards and attacking chickens, rabbits, sheep, goats, etc. Usually they do it in the winter and other lean periods.
They are able to pereprygivaya (or climbing) over relatively high fences, to make a tunnel, destroy the cage, gnawing the twigs and boards.

Investigation
Unfortunately, the video is not very informative in visual terms.
Possible versions were voiced by an experienced huntsman of the hunting farm "Nature" of the Volosovsky district Vladimir Vikulov:
If dogs are afraid of visitors, then it's wolves. And the she-wolf trains the cubs on easily accessible prey. Therefore, there are a lot of abandoned carcasses. And, as you know, wolves are very smart and cunning animals. Sometimes they even managed to disassemble the wall of the barn.
If we consider the option with feral dogs, then we can say that they live in the forest in the summer around three kilometers from large villages, and in winter they are nailed closer.
