Initial data
John Mooner living in the English town of Newton Abbot, claims that, on 29 January 2017 at about 4 a.m. he managed to take some photos of a UFO with a peek-a-Boo out of him by aliens.
According to John, he went out in the dark to capture on camera something unusual. He quietly set up their equipment and just waited.
"Half an hour nothing was visible... And then I noticed some lights moving high in the sky. The lights flickered, flashed and went out, and I quickly took a few photos. I was able to capture their flashing. Then they stopped blinking and the light has become stable", - said John.
The lights were very bright, and the photographer began to increase the zoom in my camera to try to find out the origin of the light source. It turned out that the mysterious lights were burning on the object similar to a flying saucer.
"Most shocking was that I could clearly see three of the aliens,' said the shocked John Muner. The first was sitting right in the center and perhaps that he ran this ship."
The photographer seemed that the three aliens bowed their heads down and watched from the top outside the city. At some point one of them looked towards John.
"I think they realized that I look at them, said Munir. They immediately turned off the light and disappeared."
John Munir works as a photographer under the guidance of renowned ufologist Ken Pfeifer, chief investigator for world UFO network (MUFON).

Hypotheses
Re-reflections in lens lenses from a strong light source
The lens consists of a set of lenses (in some lenses - of mirrors), designed for mutual compensation of aberrations and assembled into a single system.
From the contour light (bright light sources behind the subject or next to it), caught in the frame or located outside the frame, parasitic reflections from the internal elements of the lens are formed, called glare (or in slang "hares").
Investigation
Based on the appearance and location of objects, they're not aliens, and glare from bright light sources. What the sources of light in the photo is difficult to determine, because the photo is heavily cropped. We can assume that it is, for example, lights.
