Initial data
A resident of Preston, situated on the East coast of England, the evening of March 13 decided to take some photos of the moon and detected on the resulting images of strange anomalies.
A local resident looked at home on television and at 20:30 went to the kitchen to brew myself a Cup of coffee. Seeing the window full moon in a beautiful aura, he immediately took my digital Canon camera and went out into the garden to take some pictures.
Then he downloaded the pictures to your laptop. Some of them looked Dolny strange, so he decided to put them on Facebook.
"After a few seconds, called my daughter and asked me what the strange glowing thing I photographed? It was then that I really realized what was strange in these photos. It was incredible, but in the centre of one of them in the air moved with a long, Golden object. And on the other picture under the Golden point manifested some kind of ghostly figure, which appears to have been visible even hands and feet!" - the eyewitness wrote in his report on world UFO network (MUFON).
A local resident claims that stood at the rear entrance to the house and took pictures in complete darkness. According to him, he's never seen anything like it with my own eyes.
"It was really very strange. All the items in the photos were sharp, and only these anomalies looked washed out," he said and added that he had sent photos to MUFON only because of the long Golden UFO.

Hypotheses
Objects in motion, captured on a long exposure
Most often this artifact is called skayfish if the lens gets a passing bird or insect. It is based on the discrepancy between the speed of the video and the frequency of the flapping of insect wings. Essentially, each video drops a few strokes of the wings of an insect, which when viewed looks like "arrow", provided with long protuberances. The motion of the insect by its translucent body seems to "boom" and vibration of the wings give the appearance of bumps.
