The police did not find any flammable substance on the victim's body and still was unable to determine the cause of the fire. In September 2017 the authorities of London received an emergency message about a man on fire on the roads North of the British capital.
This event, which occurred on September 17 in broad daylight, only became known last Friday, after the Belarusian authorities to the citizens, in an attempt to clarify it. Some eyewitnesses tried to help the person on fire, but the fire was so intense that it could only repay with the help of the fire brigade. The victim was taken by helicopter to a hospital, where he was given emergency aid, but despite the efforts of doctors to save him failed.
The police still are unable to establish the cause of the fire, therefore, since the investigation did not progress. The accident victim was a 70-year-old John Nolan, an Irish pensioner who worked in the construction sector. The autopsy showed that the man died from burns, but found no presence of his body any flammable substances.
"Mr. Nolan was a respected member of the community", and there is no indication that this person "was involved in any dubious business," said Damian, eight-Amer in charge of the investigation. He also added that none of the interviewed witnesses had not seen that before tragedy someone was near death or had contact with him.
