Time Serafin version of Sebastiao, noticing interference on his transistor radio, saw a UFO so close to the ground, which saw four of its inhabitants.
The object was oval, metallic, and topped by a transparent "tower" with a small balustrade on which rested two beings, and the other two could be seen as silhouettes inside the transparent tower.
Calling a different time, he approached the vehicle and pointed a flashlight. He was shrouded in some smoke or dust emitted by the UFO, and fell to the ground unconscious, where another sentry found him a few minutes later.
