Initial data
April 6, 2009 – South Harrow, United Kingdom. An amateur photographer has captured a mysterious light in the sky over the south of Harrow. On March 31, at about 19:45, an unidentified flying object appeared from the clouds and was immediately photographed by programmer Ahmad Zaman.
Zagman posted the images on Flickr, where he said he saw an alien ship through a window.
He said:
A light unlike anything else emanated from this object. I've never seen anything like it before. I don't think it was a plane.
Hypotheses
Objects in motion, captured on a long exposure
Most often this artifact is called skayfish if the lens gets a passing bird or insect. It is based on the discrepancy between the speed of the video and the frequency of the flapping of insect wings. Essentially, each video drops a few strokes of the wings of an insect, which when viewed looks like "arrow", provided with long protuberances. The motion of the insect by its translucent body seems to "boom" and vibration of the wings give the appearance of bumps.
The lights of cranes, pipes and skyscrapers
Most often, this category can be attributed to the lights of a crane, high-rise buildings, boiler pipes, etc., equipped with nighttime lighting that is visible through the haze, fog, or when the color match between the support and the color of the surrounding space.
For unexplained may be taken accidentally or deliberately issued when shooting photos and video. A feature of the lights of a construction crane (in contrast to the street lights) is the movement of the boom, which is a light source.
