Several witnesses heard a motor and saw a blue-gray oval object with a dome on top hovering just above the ground over the forest. He had the Windows and chassis with three tripods, and Yarskaya light from the Windows. When witnesses approached to within 20 meters, the object took off vertically and disappeared.
