William Alexander, son bill Alexander and nephew Austin Alexander, fishing in a boat about a mile and a half from the shore of Kippens, saw a black or yellowish-brown object that took over the submarine, measuring about 20 feet.

Then they realized that it is (or was all the time) about 3 miles from the shore and at a distance of 15-20 feet above the water. At this moment he looked like a big balloon, like a target for shooting from a gun. He dvigala at a speed of 3-5 mph to the North-North-East.

The object disappeared over the horizon. For a while they soon saw him again with the height of the banks. They reported about it in the US air force at 16:10.

The object had no markings. Behind it there was no smoke, exhaust fumes and noise.
