A man brought his dog for a walk in pose, when he suddenly felt awkward, "as if watching him". The hairs of his dog were standing straight up.
He raised his head and saw a very large object into a cigar shape with large rounded Windows, almost directly overhead. The Windows were brightly lit, and he saw several humanoid figures that were clearly looked down on him.
The object silently followed the witness as he ran with his dog across the field to his house. The witness hid in the house and last saw the object hovering over several nearby buildings.
