The middle of October 1999, has Ones.

Three witnesses, who wished to remain anonymous made a video of bright glowing object in the night sky, and will incur one in the early morning hours of the next day.

The video was filmed towards the South-East, and is said to contain reference points such as buildings and trees, so the phenomenon must have been low in the sky. The traffic also audible on the video, in addition to the comments from the three observers.

The video was not found by the authors of the report FOTOCAT Report # 4.
We believe it is likely the planets Venus and Jupiter and the star Sirius. They are all visible in the SE sky between late evening and before sunrise, in mid-October.
