Initial data
June 26, 2006. A strange object was moving over the Gomel, glowing orange-yellow light, and then began to decline. Witnesses managed to take pictures and video of the object. Then these materials have been tested in the Outcome. Unfortunately, due to the additional details failed to clearly answer the question of what it was, however, not served as an additional argument in favor of the "extraterrestrial hypothesis" - it is too fuzzy and blurry, like the photo.
26.06. 2006 in the centre of Gomel managed to capture the strange object on video and camera.

"The UFO was moving at a great height, glowed orange with yellow. Was moving very slowly. It was dusk, the sun already hidden behind the horizon, perhaps at a high altitude and it illuminates the object. When the object flew over the roof, my son and I moved to the other side of the house and shot from the balcony. The impression that the object is then either fell or went beyond the horizon"

Objects in motion, captured on a long exposure
Most often this artifact is called skayfish if the lens gets a passing bird or insect. It is based on the discrepancy between the speed of the video and the frequency of the flapping of insect wings. Essentially, each video drops a few strokes of the wings of an insect, which when viewed looks like "arrow", provided with long protuberances. The motion of the insect by its translucent body seems to "boom" and vibration of the wings give the appearance of bumps.
Investigation
The photograph shows only a trace of the object caused by hand movements of the operator and long time exposure when shooting at night. This complicates the identification of the object.
