Charles Hearn and his wife was walking the dog when they noticed a red light on the opposite Bank of the river. A few of the mites can be seen moving around.
He was joined by other witnesses. Then began flashing red and orange lights. A beam of light, it seemed, were always aimed at the water. Finally the lights went out and joined bright greenish light. Then the ship flew into the air and disappeared in the sky.

Other witnesses joined in, then red and orange lights began flashing on and off. A beam of light seemed to be constantly directed at the water.
