Usually kind of disappears around 11 am. Coincidentally, I also saw another bright appearance at fast speed with flashing green, red and white lights. Quiet and not quite like a plane, because I often see it fly. Have two photos of two small dots and a picture of a big flashing stars. In the pictures it seems very small because of the low quality.
According to ufomeldpunt.nl this planet Venus is extremely visible and because of the atmosphere sometimes it seems that it moves, flashes and is discoloured. Sometimes it seems that it disappears due to the floating clouds.

NUNSPEET, GD — Deze avond wilde ik een foto maken van een flitsende flikkerende ster in de richting NW. Dit verschijnsel is me pas de afgelopen dagen opgevallen en staat elke dag op een ander punt. Meestal verdwijnt het rond 11 uur uitzicht. Toevallig zag ik ook op snelle snelheid een ander flitsende verschijning met knipperende groen, rood en witte lichten.
