Initial data
An eyewitness from the city of Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel says:
During attempts to photograph the comet Neowise I also took a picture of a moving object.
Only after the opening of the photo on the computer I noticed this object.
I was at the top of the dam, and no one was in front of me. Therefore, the landscape in front of me several meters below, and the lens 70-200mm with the Converter. The focus to infinity.
Photo 1: the sky with the comet Neowise right and in the left corner of an unknown object.
Photo 2: increase of an unknown object, cut out pictures 1.

Original news

Hypotheses
Objects in motion, captured on a long exposure
Most often this artifact is called skayfish if the lens gets a passing bird or insect. It is based on the discrepancy between the speed of the video and the frequency of the flapping of insect wings. Essentially, each video drops a few strokes of the wings of an insect, which when viewed looks like "arrow", provided with long protuberances. The motion of the insect by its translucent body seems to "boom" and vibration of the wings give the appearance of bumps.
