The anonymous witness was with a friend at home when, at 22:30, he suddenly left the house under the influence of an impulse. At a nearby power station, he saw two men.
"I quickly turned around, but they both disappeared."
Two hours later, he was again instructed to go out, and this time he saw 5-7 human-like figures that "walked in a very strange way, some even crawling on all fours." The witness's dog reacted nervously by jumping on him. One figure looked directly at him, and an object on it began to glow, and its eyes lit up bright red.
He touched the object, and a bright ray of light began to radiate from it. There was a whoop like a whistle , and the witness ran away.
The next evening, the witness persuaded his friend to go to the scene with him. He immediately saw the creatures, but his friend could only see vague shapes.
