Following an inner urge, 42-year-old local merchant guchi Shinda went for a walk on the beach when he began to experience a feeling of weightlessness and saw what appeared to be multi-colored electrical discharges around him.
Suddenly, a short white creature appears about 30 meters away. The figure had red eyes and a mouth, and was wearing a white inflated spaceman suit and a round white helmet.
It floated directly over the sand towards the witness, who then heard a loud mysterious sound that resembled "electronic music".
He clearly lost consciousness and didn't see the humanoid leave.

It floated just above the sand towards the witness who then heard a loud mysterious sound resembling “electronic music”. He apparently passes out and does not see the humanoid depart.
