Nils Toms Labba, 51, a reindeer herder from Ovre Soppero, Was riding a scooter in the forest.
Near the lake shore, he noticed four strange creatures dressed in brown, staring blankly, and next to it was an object that seemed "transparent".
As it approached 500 feet (150 m), the four creatures quickly entered the object, which then rose silently. When it took off, it irritated the witness. He drove up to the landing site on his scooter, but found no tracks.
