Initial data
30-year-old I. Rumyantseva, an engineer at the local Central construction Bureau, was on vacation and was sleeping in a wooden hut in a forest area with her friends. Suddenly she woke up and saw two figures in the room.
The figures were dressed in tight diving suits, smooth and polished. The strange couple carried light sources (similar to flashlights) that they pointed at sleeping people. No one else woke up.
Rumyantseva pretended to be asleep, watching the figures. The figures stood motionless and controlled their "flashlights".
Suddenly, she felt paralyzed, and at the same time, she heard voices in her head. They wondered why she was pretending to be asleep. Soon after, the humanoids began examining the paralyzed victim. They were particularly concerned about her spine. She couldn't move. The paralysis soon subsided, and when she opened her eyes, the two figures disappeared.
The next morning, all the inhabitants of the hut became ill, some had a headache, some vomited.

Сонный паралич
- In a moment, the man suddenly feels on top he bore down on something very hard and does not allow him to breathe, as if strangling.
- Quite often people say that in that moment, when they sleep, they feel that they can move neither head, nor foot, nor arm, literally nothing. Among other things, a person becomes unbearable fear.

The state of sleep and dreams
Sleep is a natural physiological process of stay in a condition with minimal level of brain activity and reduced reaction to the world around us.
Carbon monoxide
Carbon monoxide gets into the air in all types of combustion. In the cities, mainly in the composition of the exhaust gases from the internal combustion engine or malfunction of boilers, heat generators and gas stoves. Carbon monoxide actively binds with hemoglobin, forming carboxyhemoglobin and blocks the transfer of oxygen to tissue cells, leading to hypoxia of hemic type. Carbon monoxide is also involved in oxidation reactions, disturbing the biochemical balance in tissues. This leads to a sharp pathological condition such as carbon monoxide poisoning.
