Joao Inacio Ribeiro, 67, was walking along the ocean when he saw a circular object about 10 meters in diameter approaching from the sea. It had bright blue, yellow, green, and lilac lights. At the top, it had a sort of cabin or dome with three round Windows.
The ship approached, stopped, and hovered over the water, causing the area immediately below the object to become agitated and restless.
Then Ribeiro saw two small humanoids appear on top of the ship. The figures were about 1 meter tall and were dressed in tight gray clothing. The creatures were bald, with small noses and mouths, and huge black eyes. One carried what looked like a walking stick, the other had what looked like a vacuum cleaner.
The two creatures then began to operate the vacuum cleaner as an object apparently extracting water from the ocean. After 10 minutes, they re-entered the facility.
Moments later, the object sank 10 meters above the water level, causing the water to become even more turbulent, forming large waves and foam.
Frightened, Ribeiro ran home.

The craft approached, stopped, and hovered above the waters, causing the area directly below the object to become agitated and choppy. Ribeiro then saw two short humanoids appear on top of the craft. The figures were about 1 meter in height, and wore gray colored tight fitting outfits. The beings were baldheaded, with small noses and mouths and huge black eyes. One carried something resembling a walking cane; the other had what appeared to be a vacuum cleaner like object. Both beings then began operating the vacuum like object seemingly extracting water from the ocean. After 10 minutes they re-entered the object. Moments later the object descended to 10 meters above the waters causing them to become even more turbulent, creating large waves and foam. Afraid Ribeiro ran home.
