One night, several soldiers and officers watched as a huge glowing light descended on a local military base.

Shortly after the light went out, witnesses observed several small green-colored humanoids moving in large leaps and bounds.

The short figures disappeared behind the wooden fence, and then a bright light appeared again, rose into the air, and disappeared towards the sea.
