Ghost. Kazakhstan

Perhaps one of the most popular legends-horror stories, in which almost all the details coincide, except for the location where the encounter with evil spirits occurred. In Almaty, for example, this is the Kapshagai highway.

In the article "Nightmares of Kazakhstan's roads" on Mrakopedia.net published several stories on this topic:

"The story happened on the Kapshagai highway (which is recognized as abnormal and the most emergency, especially between the 42nd and 103rd kilometers inclusive).

Two young people were traveling from Kapshagai to Almaty on an autumn evening in 2006. On the way, they noticed a woman in a white dress who was voting. We stopped to ask for a ride. But while the woman was explaining the address to the driver, the person sitting next to him and therefore closer to the woman noticed how her long dress fluttered in a gust of wind. At the same time, I was horrified to find that she had hooves instead of legs. His wild cry:

"Let's get out of here quickly!" - forced the driver to take off at all speeds.

The woman chased them for a while, but then fell behind."

It is worth noting a rather important and interesting fact-the legend is more than 20 years old, and it is not without reason.

In the article "Ghosts come out on the highway" of the newspaper "Express-K", the journalist contacted the relatives of the deceased girl.

"It turns out that the legend is more than 20 years old. And it is, unfortunately, not without reason. I found the relatives of the deceased girl, they still live in Almaty. According to them, taxi drivers constantly called them, saying that they were taking their daughter. And then the parents took the Mullah and went to the highway to say a prayer. The calls have since stopped…

Later, the legend moved to other cities of Kazakhstan and became part of local tales, " says Merey Ryskeldiev, an engineer from Almaty.
