Roz Reynolds and her boyfriend were driving to visit a friend when their car suddenly flooded with light, and then an object flew over them. Then the object began to follow the car, moving with them.
Suddenly, the car's engine stalled, the car stopped, and then it went out. She could only remember getting back in the car, and by the time she pulled up with her friends, they had "lost" almost three hours.
Later, she was able to remember that she was inside the object and saw two "aliens". They were about 3 feet 6 inches (167.6 cm) tall with large black almond-shaped eyes and a slit for the mouth. They had two holes for the nose, without ears, gray-blue color. They had no hair or eyebrows, and each hand had four fingers.
Then she was taken to a room with a table. A larger humanoid, about 7 feet (2.1 m) tall, poked the witness with his entire body. He took skin and fluid samples using a needle inserted into her stomach. Then they removed half of her reproductive system. Now she can't have children because of the lack of ovaries.

They then apparently extracted half of her reproductive system. She is now unable to have children because her ovaries are missing.
