Pair just went off the side of the road in the terrain with cliffs, when from a high wooded cliff to the shore he heard the Horny owl (mimic?) we got out of the car.
At the same time, they saw a round reddish object hovering between the cliffs, which was surrounded by flashing lights. It seemed to descend and land in the distance.
Around the same time, in the same area, an anonymous witness came across a glowing red-eyed creature with no body, apparently only the eyes were visible.

Time: 0100A
Summary: A couple had just pulled off the side of the road in bluff country when a horned owl (mimic?) was heard chattering from a high overlooking, wooded bluff to the left of their car. At the same time they saw a circular reddish object hovering between bluffs, the object was encircled in blinking lights. It seemed to descend and land in the distance. Around the same time in the same general area an anonymous witness encountered a glowing red-eyed creature with no body, apparently only the eyes were visible.
