On the northern border, a sheep farmer grazing his flock in an isolated desert area suddenly heard a strange noise coming from the sky and was startled to see a large round-shaped ship descending and landing nearby. The ship was surrounded by a blue halo.
A group of 13 people, four feet (1.2 m) tall, exited the facility and approached the witness. The creatures were described as pale green, naked, with huge heads and large black almond-shaped eyes. Their bodies were very thin, and their arms and legs were webbed.
The creatures contacted the witness via telepathy and assured him that he would not be harmed.
the witness, who always carried a price camera, was apparently allowed to take a few photos.
moments later, the creatures re-entered the object, which emitted a bright blue flash and flew away at high speed.

The craft was surrounded by a blue halo. A group of about 13 four-foot tall beings emerged from the object and approached the witness. The beings were described as pale green in color, apparently naked with huge heads and large black almond shaped eyes. Their bodies were very thin and their hands and feet were webbed. The beings communicated with the witness by using telepathy and assured him that he would not be harmed. The witness who always carried his price camera with him was apparently allowed to snap several photos.
